During their time as ISB, Jin Ah and Sophie worked with their mentors Dr. Eliza Peterson and Julie Do in the Baliga Lab on optimizing RT-LAMP primers targeting Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb). They redesigned and tested the new RT-LAMP primers for the DRonA Universal Susceptibility Test (DUST). Below is a report of their research.
