Hi! My name is Jessie Hale (right), and I am going to be a senior at Ballard High School. This year will be my last year in the Biotechnology Program at Ballard, and I am currently interested in infectious diseases, immunology, and chemistry. I would also like to pursue a degree in Biology. During my free time I like to go for runs, read, or just hang out with my friends.

Hi, my name is Sue Yi (left) and I will be a senior at the Lakeside School for the 2008-2009 school year. I first became interested in Biology after taking it while in the program Rainier Scholars. I am thinking about majoring in Biology and thus I applied to the Institute for Systems Biology in hopes to confirm that Biology suits me. My goal beyond college is to become a brain surgeon or a forensic scientist.
