I graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and obtained my Masters in Science Education, Chemistry in a joint program through the University of Puget Sound and City University.
I have been teaching science, particularly Chemistry and Advanced Placement Chemistry for the last 23 years both high school and community college in Southern California, Oregon, Yakima, WA and Bellevue. The last ten years have been at Bellevue High School teaching only Chemistry and AP Chemistry.
I have been married for 11 years to an accountant and we have a wonderful dog named Maddie and seven cats. I am a queen in the mission for recycling, litter patrol and treating all living creatures with respect!
