Systems Bioinformatics Workshop

September 10 & 11, 2012 | Seattle BioMed

The Systems Bioinformatics Workshop will bring together software engineers and scientists building software for systems biology. The challenge is to connect bioinformatics tools, creating a fluid environment for analyzing biological data.

Systems Bioinbformatics Workshop was a great success! You can find some of the photos below. See you next year.

Presentations and tutorials will cover:

  • software for analysis of biological networks
  • architectures for research software
  • scientific data management
  • visualization

This year's workshop will emphasize analysis and visualization of biological networks, while, as always, the unifying theme for the workshop is interoperability among bioinformatics software tools.

Support for the Systems Bioinformatics Workshop provided by the Office of Science (BER), U.S. Department of Energy.
