October 30, 2007 New Gaggle API Released

On Monday, October 29th, 2007, we released a new version of the Gaggle API.

Gaggle users will not have to do anything special, except reinstall the Firegoose and R Goose if you use those. Instructions are provided on the Gaggle Homepage.

Goose developers should read about what's new in the new API, and how to get the source code.

To report a bug or feature request, use our issue tracking system.

To ask a question, use the Gaggle discussion groups.

August 27, 2007 Gaggle Workshop brings together collaborators

Members of the Gaggle community met at the ISB in Seattle.

Participants represented Institute for Systems Biology, University of Washington, New York University, Ohio State University, University of Zurich, The University of Tennessee, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Battelle, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
