June 02, 2009 Ontological Discovery Environment uses Gaggle

The Ontological Discovery Environment allows users to integrate phenotype centered gene sets across species, tissue and experimental platform. Sets can be stored, shared and compared privately, among user defined groups of investigators, and across all users.

The ODE is compatible with Gaggle, through the Firegoose extension to the Firefox web browser.

The ODE comes from Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and is a project of the NIAAA Integrative Neuroscience Initiative on Alcoholism (U01AA13499, U24AA13513).
